Kathryn is a mother and grandmother who, after 37 years of prescribed benzodiazepine physical dependence, completed a long, gradual taper from 12mg of Clonazepam (Klonopin) on July 26, 2018.
She is active as an administrator in a support group called Christian Psychiatric Drug Withdrawal.
As capability and time allows, her intent is to eventually play a direct hands-on (in person) role in aiding others become benzo-free.
