ベンゾジアゼピン薬害連絡協議会・・・集団訴訟
名古屋でベンゾ処方に関する裁判をしているTさん、本名、多田雅史さん（5９）が、ご自身の裁判とは別に、ベンゾジアゼピンの集団訴訟を検討されています。そこでまずは「ベンゾジアゼピン薬害連絡協議会」を立ち上げます。協議会の当初の目的は厚労省に要求を受け入れさせることで、最終的には集団訴訟の原告団になります。詳しくはこちらへどうぞ。
Recruiting applicants for class action against the Japanese Government
Mr. Tada (59), who is currently in litigation for a BZ damages case in the Nagoya courts, is now preparing to implement a class action lawsuit against the Government of Japan. As a first step towards this, a liaison council has been established. The initial purpose of this council is to create a means whereby a case can be lodged against the Health Ministry with a view to forming a future plaintiff delegation. Please click here for details.
